Fantastic venue on quiet farm. Lawns down to a 5 acre lake with wonderful views.

The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, with a double bedroom, en suite shower, toilet & wash basin.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. Full laundry facilities are available in the next barn.

All bathrooms have heated towel rails. Electric radiators are available if needed.

The farm is currently used as an Appaloosa horse stud (Exbury Appaloosas ) and we also run fishing holidays. Day tickets may be available for experienced anglers.

On our Domaine “Le Dragon Rouge”, we have for long term let a comfortable detached completely furnished house with separate entrance via small gate.

Our village La Crouzille is located 3 km from Hautefort and 7 km from Excideuil with shops, bank, post office, doctor, etc.

**Available for long let between October 2008 and March 2009 this 3 bedroomed gite is located in the south of Dordogne, at 3 km from Eymet, in peaceful and lush countryside**

LE PIGEONNIER de LAUZANAC is a cosy three bedroomed cottage situated at 3 km from Eymet, 20 km from Bergerac and its airport (Ryanair and Flybe airlines) and 100 km from Bordeaux and its airport.

All amenities in the beautiful medieval village of Eymet, small supermarket and lots of café, pubs and restaurants.

This is an ideal place to spend a few months if you are house hunting or would like to try living in France for a while.

Le Pigeonnier has an open plan living/dining room with a large French window which takes in views, a sofa bed and satellite TV.

A fully equipped corner kitchen including a fridge/freezer and microwave, a washing machine and dishwasher, and another small dining area.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with a beautiful country armoire with a second double bedroom, which is next to a mezzanine with an extra single bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and wc.

On the top floor in the oldest part of the dovecot (“pigeonnier”), is a bedroom with 3 single beds. This bedroom has beams and stone walls, which still has the tiny entrances that used to be used by the pigeons.

Gas central heating throughout the house plus a wood burning stove in the living room near the television.

Outside is a covered terrace with a table and chairs for outside eating and a private garden overlooking the fields where cows graze between spring and autumn.

The swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) is terraced and enclosed and there is a play area for children including table tennis.

Le Gîte des Chênes is to one side of our house and completely private and independent. It looks out over the valley and oak woods and has been newly restored with everything in it new.

There is a large open plan living room/dining room with a big fireplace and a kitchen area equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and a fridge/freezer.

There is also an Internet access for free (broadband), a satellite TV and some general information about the area.

There are three double bedrooms with a writing table and an armoire, two with a bathroom with shower and wc and one with a bathroom with bath and wc. These bedrooms are separated by a small television room that can be curtained off, which also has a double sofa bed.

Central heating in the house plus the huge fireplace in the large open plan living/dining room.

Outside are two private gardens on different levels. Opposite the salon kitchen is a covered terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture.

The second garden has an 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool with a shady pool house and shower. This pool is terraced and secured for the children.

Pets would be considered by the owners and children are of course welcome in both properties.

Tenants may have a telephone point installed at their own cost in agreement with the owners.

Situated in the north Dordogne (Perigord Vert) and on the Charente and Limousin borders is Le Ruisseau a recently converted stone barn. This is an ideal location for a holiday or house hunting. Piegut-Pluviers, a town with all amenities is only 5km away and we are only 50 minutes drive from Limoges airport (serviced by budget airlines, Ryanair and Flybe). And 45mins from Angouleme and TGV station.

Le Ruisseau is a fully furnished three bed roomed property with bathroom, spacious wet room shower, two toilets.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has two singles. Each bedroom has wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, chair and mirror. Bed linen, towels etc can be provided if necessary.

There is a well equipped modern fitted kitchen with microwave and electric cooker and large wooden dining table seating six.

There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, washing lines outside and another undercover.

Sunny living room with woodburner, sofas and armchairs with glazed wall where the barn entrance used to be. Here there is a satellite socket and television which receives French channels, however should English television be required the tenants should provide their own digi box and the dish will be retuned to your requirements.

The property features beamed ceilings and restored stonewalls. Heating is electric with a woodburner.

With beautiful views of the surrounding countryside there is a paved terrace with bbq and garden furniture and a 6m x 12m swimming pool. Le Ruisseau is by a large lake (27ha) which is a nature reserve and surrounded on the other 3 sides by our private park land.

There is no telephone but mobile phones work well, signal is strong and internet connection can be provided via the owners wifi connection free of charge.

The owners live on the site so can help with arrangements, sort out problems, make phone calls etc if required.

Pets are considered, the owners have a dog, cat and a horse so pets must get on with those.
